What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website only. They are not the agreement under which we would manage your property.
If you decide to work with us, we sign a separate written management agreement covering our share, your guaranteed minimum, payouts, costs and how either side ends the arrangement. Nothing on this website replaces that document, and nothing here creates it.

Figures on this site are examples, not promises
The earnings shown on this website, including the twelve-month example of a property in Gurugram and any comparison between rent and short-stay income, are illustrations based on properties we have managed. They are there to show how short-stay income behaves across a year.
They are not a forecast for your property and not an offer. What any given home earns depends on where it is, what condition it is in, how it is furnished, local demand, seasonality, platform fees, regulation and events outside anyone's control.
The only number that means anything for your property is the one we give you in writing after looking at it, and the only figure we stand behind is the minimum written into a signed management agreement.
Enquiries and bookings
Booking a call or messaging us does not commit either of us to anything. The estimate we provide is free and carries no obligation on your part to proceed.
We may decline to take on a property, for example where the location, condition or local rules make short-stay letting unsuitable. We will tell you if that is the case.
Using the site
You may read this site and share links to it. Please do not copy the text, photographs, charts or design for your own commercial use, attempt to interfere with the site, or use it to send us anything unlawful.
The Nestly name, the logo and everything written and drawn on this site belong to us, except guest reviews, which belong to the guests who wrote them and are reproduced with the wording shortened but not altered.
Other people's websites and tools
This site links to services we do not control, including WhatsApp and our booking calendar. Once you follow those links, their own terms and privacy policies apply, not ours.
Availability and accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be either. We may change or remove anything on it without notice.
To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on the general information on it. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and it does not affect our obligations under a signed management agreement.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about this website will be dealt with by the courts of Add city of jurisdiction.
