Nestly Holiday Homes Pvt Ltd is a company registered in India. We manage residential properties as short-term rentals on behalf of their owners.

What we collect
We only collect what we need to tell you what your property could earn, and to run it for you if you decide to go ahead.
- →Your name and email address, when you book a call with us.
- →Your phone number, if you message us on WhatsApp or give it to us on a call.
- →Details about your property that you choose to send us: where it is, how many rooms, how it is furnished, what it currently rents for, and any photographs you share.
- →Anything you write to us by email, WhatsApp or on a call.
We do not ask for, and do not want, your Aadhaar number, PAN, bank details or any identity documents at the enquiry stage. If you become a client, any documents needed for the management agreement will be requested separately and explained at the time.
Why we collect it
- →To work out what your property should earn and send you that estimate.
- →To contact you about your enquiry, and to arrange and hold the call you booked.
- →To manage your property, list it, price it and deal with guests, if you become a client.
- →To meet our legal and tax obligations in India.
We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not share it with other property managers, agents or brokers.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of outside services to run the business. They only receive what they need to do their job.
- →Cal.com handles our call bookings, so it receives your name and email when you book.
- →Google hosts our email and calendar, so anything you send us by email sits there.
- →WhatsApp, owned by Meta, carries any messages you send us there.
- →Booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com receive your property listing details, but only if you become a client and only what a listing requires.
We may also share information where the law requires it, for example with tax authorities or in response to a valid legal order.
Cookies and website measurement
This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. We do not sell or share any of this with advertisers.
We use PostHog, hosted in the European Union, to understand how people use this website. It records which pages are opened, which buttons are pressed, how far down the page people read, and a replay of the session as anonymous movement on the page. Anything typed into a form is hidden from those replays.
This is not linked to your name unless you separately contact us. If you would rather not be measured at all, most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" or tracking-protection setting, and we honour it.
How long we keep it
If you enquire and decide not to go ahead, we keep your details for up to two years in case you come back to us, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as we manage your property and for eight years afterwards, which is the period Indian tax and company law requires us to retain business records.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- →Tell you what information we hold about you.
- →Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- →Delete your information, where we are not required by law to keep it.
- →Withdraw your consent, at which point we stop contacting you.
- →Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.
Email [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days. There is no charge.
If you are not happy
Write to us first at [email protected] and we will try to put it right. Our grievance contact is Add name of grievance officer.
If we do not resolve it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
Our service is for property owners and is not intended for anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect information about children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your details, we will tell you directly.
